Every class now has its own invite link. Send it to a classmate and they join the same class — same chat, same shared notes, same deadlines. Class codes still work too.

Class cards show how many classmates are in each class — or nudge you to invite some if it's just you so far.

When a classmate shares notes to a class you're in, you get one notification for it — not one per edit.

Flashcard and quiz progress bars now fill as you finish cards and questions, instead of freezing on repeated cards or reading 100% one card early.

Recordings are saved in 10-minute segments as you go, so an interruption — a call, an alarm — can't wipe out the whole lecture.

If a recording is interrupted or fails to process, it's kept and listed under Unfinished recordings, so you can resume or retry it instead of losing the class.

A level meter shows the mic is actually hearing the lecture, and you get a No audio detected warning after 20 seconds of silence.

Some Bluetooth headsets were silently recording nothing. ClassMinds now records from the phone's own microphone, even with headphones connected.

If a recording has no speech in it, you're told why instead of getting an empty note — the audio file is kept, and it doesn't use up your recording hours.

Grade each card Again, Hard or Got it and ClassMinds schedules it — cards you know come back days later, cards you miss come back soon. Progress syncs between the iPhone app and the web version.

Generate a flashcard deck or a 10-question quiz with explanations from any lecture. A deck made from a shared note is shared with the class.

Your streak counts the days you actually studied — a graded card or a finished quiz — not the days you opened the app.

Notes shared to a class now appear for every classmate — summary, key points, flashcards and quizzes. Choose private or shared for each note, and set a default in Settings. Transcripts stay private to whoever recorded them.

Uploading a syllabus now also pulls out grading weights, late and attendance policies, office hours, and required materials.

Long-press a message to block whoever sent it — their messages disappear from your view. Manage the list in Settings → Blocked Users.

When you join a class, its assignments and due dates now land on your list right away, instead of the class showing up empty.

The tutor now pulls in your class notes before it answers and tags each answer with the note it came from, so you can check the source.

Open a note on the web, hit ↓ Export in the top-right, pick PDF, save. Clean light-themed layout with your course code, title, summary, and key points — ready to print, share, or hand in.

Same export menu, pick DOCX. Opens in Word, Google Docs, or Pages with proper headings, bullets, and tables — ready to edit if you want to extend the summary into a study guide.

If your area code starts with 0 or 1, signup would silently strip the digit. Now it shows a clear warning instead of erasing keystrokes.

If you joined someone else's class import, editing color / instructor / location / day / time would silently fail. Edits now save to your personal copy correctly.
